Terms & Conditions – TLC 911 (Pty) LTD

1. Services
TLC 911 (Pty) LTD provides general maintenance and plumbing services to residential and commercial clients in [Insert Service Area, e.g., Johannesburg and surrounding areas].

2. Booking & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked via phone or email.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.

3. Payments
- All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless prior arrangements are made.
- We accept EFT and Cash only.

4. Workmanship Guarantee
We provide 12 months on labor and/or manufacturers guarantees on workmanship, subject to fair use and client compliance with care instructions.

5. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damages arising from pre-existing conditions
- Delays due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather, load shedding)
- Materials or parts not supplied by us

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
